What is a CSA?- CSA stands for community supported agriculture and is a model where the customer buys shares of a farmer's harvest in advance and then receives weekly deliveries or pickups of the harvest (in this case, flowers) for the predetermined term of the CSA subscription.
What will I receive?- If you purchase a summer flower CSA subscription you will reveice one beautiful bouquet a week from July 3-August 22. The bouquets will inculde 20-30 stems of a variety of flowers. Some flowers that may be in your bouquet include zinnias, cosmos, dahlias, sunflowers, celosia, basil, clarkia, dusty miller, and many more.
How do I get my bouquet?- You can pick up your bouquet on Saturdays at the Washington Farmers Market or you can opt for local delivery on Fridays. We delivere to Owensville, Union, and Washington (and all the little towns in between). If you choose the delivery option there will be a $50 delivery fee added to your CSA subscription.
What if I can't pick up my bouquet?- If you notify BFF ahead of time that you will be unable to pick up your bouquet, we can make approptiate arrangments. Someone could pick up your flowers for you or we could do a one time delivery. If you do not noficy BFF within 24 hours before pickup and you do not pick up your bouquet, you will be forfeiting that weeks bouquet.
What if I want to cancel?- There are no refunds for your CSA subscriptions once you make your purchase. If you would like to cancel your subscription you will not receive a refund, either partial or full. You may transfer your subscription to another person if you wish to do so.
